【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodfortheobjectivedeterminationoftheodourconcentrationofagaseoussampleusingdynamicolfactometrywithhumanassessorsandtheemissionrateofodoursemanatingfrompointsources,areasourceswithoutwardflowandareasourceswithoutoutwardflow.TheprimaryapplicationistoprovideacommonbasisforevaluationofodouremissionsinthememberstatesoftheEuropeanUnion.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothemeasurementofodourconcentrationofpuresubstances,definedmixturesandundefinedmixturesofgaseousodorantsinairornitrogen,usingdynamicolfactometrywithapanelofhumanassessorsbeingthesensor.TheunitofmeasurementistheEuropeanodourunitpercubicmetre:ouE/m.Theodourconcentrationismeasuredbydeterminingthedilutionfactorrequiredtoreachthedetectionthreshold.Theodourconcentrationatthedetectionthresholdisbydefinition1ouE/m.Theodourconcentrationisthenexpressedintermsofmultiplesofthedetectionthreshold.Therangeofmeasurementistypicallyfrom10ouE/mto10ouE/m(includingpre-dilution).ThefieldofapplicationofthisEuropeanStandardincludes:—themeasurementofthemassconcentrationatthedetectionthresholdofpureodoroussubstancesing/m;—themeasurementoftheodourconcentrationofmixturesofodorantsinouE/m;—themeasurementoftheemissionrateofodorousemissionsfrompointsourcesandsurfacesources(withandwithoutanoutwardflow),includingpre-dilutionduringsampling;—thesamplingofodorantsfromemissionsofhighhumidityandtemperature(upto200℃);—thedeterminationofeffectivenessofend-of-pipedevicesusedtoreduceodouremissions.Thecharacterisationofodouremissionsrequiresdetailedmeasurementofthegasvelocity,thatshallbeperformedaccordingtotherelevantstandardsincludedinthenormativereferences.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:—themeasurementofodourspotentiallyreleasedbyparticlesofodoroussolidsordropletsofodorousfluidssuspendedinemissions;—themeasuringstrategytobeappliedincaseofvariableemissionrates;—themeasurementoftherelationshipbetweenodourstimulusandassessorresponseabovedetectionthreshold;—directmeasurementofhedonictone(or(un)pleasantness)ordirectassessmentofpotentialannoyance;—fieldpanelmethods;—measurementofrecognitionthresholds;—measurementofidentificationthresholds.Althoughtheultimateapplicationofodourmeasurementisinreducingodournuisance,therelationbetweenmeasuredthresholdsofodouraccordingtothisstandardandtheoccurrenceofodournuisanceishighlycomplex.Itisprofoundlyinfluencedbytheatmosphericprocessesdeterminingthedispersionofodours,thequalityoftheodour(hedonictone)andfinallybythereceptorcharacteristicsofthoseexposedtotheodour.Thesecharacteristicsnotonlyvarystronglybetweenindividuals,butalsointimewithinoneindividual.Therelationbetweenemissions,dispersion,exposureandannoyanceisnotwithinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.
