【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletohigh-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgear(scopeofIECSC17A)andassembliesthereof(scopeofIECSC17C)andspecifiesequipmentfordigitalcommunicationwithotherpartsofthesubstationanditsimpactontesting.Thisequipmentfordigitalcommunication,replacingmetalparallelwiring,canbeintegratedintothehigh-voltageswitchgear,controlgear,andassembliesthereof,orcanbeanexternalequipmentinordertoprovidecomplianceforexistingswitchgearandcontrolgearandassembliesthereofwiththestandardsoftheIEC61850series.ThisInternationalStandardisaproductstandardbasedontheIEC61850series.Itdealswithallrelevantaspectsofswitchgearandcontrolgear,andassembliesthereofwithaserialcommunicationinterfaceaccordingtotheIEC61850series.Inparticularitdefines:a)AselectionoftheinformationmodelsfromtheIEC61850seriesthatshallbesupportedbysuchswitchgearandcontrolgear,andassembliesthereof.b)Conformanceclassesforthesetofcommunicationservicesthatshallbesupportedbytheswitchgearandcontrolgear,andassembliesthereof.c)Modificationsandextensionstotypeandroutinetestsofswitchgearandcontrolgear,andassembliesthereofthatarerequiredduetotheserialcommunicationinterface.d)AnextensionoftheIEC61850series’objectmodelforswitchgearmonitoring.NOTE1ItisintendedtointegratetheextensionoftheIEC61850series’objectmodelforswitchgearmonitoringintoafurtherrevisionoftheIEC61850series.Oncethisintegrationiscompleted,therelevantpartswillberemovedfromthisstandard.ThedocumentisbasedontheIEC61850series,thehorizontalstandardseriesforcommunication,andspecifiestherequirementsfordigitalcommunicationequipmentusedwithinhigh-voltageswitchgear,controlgear,andassembliesthereof,aswellastherelevanttestingrequirements.TherelevantswitchgearstandardsoftheIEC62271seriesareapplicableingeneral,withtheadditionalspecificationsdescribedinthisstandard.NOTE2Thereisalimitedactivitytodayconcerningswitchgearwithdigitalinterfaceforratedvoltagelevelslessthan,orequalto,52kV.Suchswitchgearusuallydoesnothaveintegrateddigitalcommunicationinterfaces.Ifsuchproductsaretobedeveloped,thisshouldbedoneinaccordancewiththepresentstandard.NOTE3Thisstandardintendstopromoteinteroperabilityofcommunicationinterfaces.Interchangeabilityisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard,asthereisnorequirementforit.InterchangeabilityisalsooutsidethescopeoftheIEC61850series.NOTE4Foranintroductiontosubstationcommunicationandtherelatedterms,definitionsandmodels,refertoIEC61850-1whichprovidesanoverviewoftheobjectivesandrequirementsoftheIEC61850seriesingeneral.IEC61850-7-1providesanoverviewofmodellingtechniques.
