【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforassessingtheinhibitoryeffectofatestmaterialontheoxygenconsumptionofactivatedsludgemicroorganisms.Thismethodisintendedtorepresenttheconditionsinbiologicalwaste—watertreatmentplants.Itgivesinformationoninhibitoryorstimulatoryeffectsafterashodexposure(usually30minupto180minorevenmore)ofthetestmaterialonactivatedsludgemicroorganisms.Thismethodisapplicablefortestingwaters,wastewaters,purechemicalsandmixturesofchemicals.Concerningthechemicals,themethodreferstothosewhicharesolubleunderthetestconditions.Specialcareisnecessarywithmaterialsoflowwatersolubility,highvolatilityandwithmaterialsabioticallyconsumingorproducingoxygen.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846specifiestwomethodsfordeterminingthedynamictransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientelementsotherthanresilientsupports.Examplesareresilientbellows,shaftcouplings,powersupplycables,hosesandpipehangers(seeFigure1).Elementsfilledwithliquids,suchasoilorwater,areexcluded.NOTE1Pipehangersareextensionallydeflected,asopposedtoelasticsupportswhicharecompressed.Therefore,thetestconditionsaredifferentfromthosedescribedinISO10846-2andISO10846-3.Themethodsareapplicabletoresilientelementswithflatflangesorflatclampinterfaces.Itisnotnecessarythattheflangesbeparallel.ResilientelementswhicharethesubjectofthispartofISO10846arethosethatareusedtoreducea)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiateunwantedsound(airborne,waterborneorother),andb)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz),whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenthevibrationistoosevere.Inpractice,thesizeoftheavailabletestrig(s)determinesrestrictionsforverysmallandforverylargeresilientelements.MeasurementsfortranslationsnormalandtransversetotheflangesorclampinterfacesarecoveredinthispartofISO10846.AnnexAprovidesguidanceforthemeasurementoftransferstiffnessesthatincluderotatorycomponents.Thedirectmethodcanbeappliedinthefrequencyrangefrom1Hzuptoafrequencythatisusuallydeterminedbythelowestresonancefrequencyofthetestarrangementframe(typically300Hzfortestrigswithdimensionsoftheorderof1m).NOTE2Inpractice,thelowerfrequencylimitdependsonthedynamicexcitationsystem.Theindirectmethodcoversafrequencyrangethatisdeterminedbythetestset-upandtheisolatorundertest.Therangeistypicallyfromalowerfrequencybetween20Hzand50Hz,toanupperfrequencybetween2kHzand5kHz.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO10846canbeusedfor—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,—informationduringproductdevelopment,—qualitycontrol,and—calculationofthetransferofvibrationthroughresilientelements.
